LION JOHN BISSELL

In late November
the Chippawa Lions lost one of its most loved and respected members.
In many ways Lion John Bissell was the heart of our club.
Every
member who recalls Lion John says how "special" he was. For John,
being a Lion was a 24/7 role which he lived every day, every month,
every year.
John
was inducted into our club on April 28, 1993. In his 16 years as a
member he served 11 of them as our secretary. In each of those years
he received the "100 % Secretary Award".
Lion Ron Anger
He was lifelong resident of Niagara Falls and devoted much of his
time to this community through the channel of the Chippawa Lions
Club. He was a Past President of the Lions Club and very involved in
their camp, for children on dialysis, known as Camp Dorset.
